On 12th June, Years 3 and 4 had the privilege of having a collaborative learning workshop completely prepared and led by the Year 6 pupils. The younger students learned all about the team roles of co-ordinator, charter, clarifier, creator and communicator in a fun and engaging context. We were split into small groups and worked as teams on problem-solving, a bench balance game in which we had to really communicate well with one another, and building marshmallow towers.
We had a great day and now have a better understanding of what it means to work effectively as a team and value the skills and views of others.
Thank you Year 6!
